Delicious food and wine. Friendly staffs and comfortable environment. I like the creamy truffle spaghetti a lot.
What an absolute pleasure. 1 min walk from the middle of the town. Had 3 amazing dishes with white truffles, it’s October so what else could I have done lol. The food on point. Service was so warm and charming. Great music on the patio too. Do yourselves a favour and come by. It’s going to be a must go for me when I return in the spring. Reasonably priced and bang for buck. Ciao see you in the spring.
My husband and I visited twice while we were staying in Barolo. Both times we visited the meals were fantastic! We ordered the Big Salad with mozzarella, risotto with Barolo, tajarin with ragu, sirloin steak, grilled chicken fillet, and bunet. The wine choices featured fabulous regional and local offerings and everything was reasonably priced. The service was outstanding (and cani di casa Dolly é Pico were adorable too)! Highly recommend, especially if other restaurants in town are all booked with no availability, this place is a gem!
Well meaning restaurant, nice and good food. Missing a bit of ambiance and coayness. The service is well meaning and good.
Gennaro and Ana took great care of us along with Mauro who is also a truffle hunter (white and black truffles available). We had a fantastic salad perfectly seasoned, with mozzarella and tomato; starters and entrées; as well as carrots and green beans (much appreciated vegetables) accompanying a lovely well-seared, perfectly tender, rare steak. The salami cioccolato was our new favorite dessert, perfectly balanced between fondente and biscotti crumbles with enough salt to satisfy and keep the flavors lingering, but not to overpower. Our recommended bottle of wine carried us through the meal very well.
Had a lovely dinner. The pumpkin flan with white truffles was jaw-dropping. We had hiked all day and this was a great end!
My husband and I went for a dinner on one of our days in the region. Food was amazing as well as service!! The young man who served us was really generous. I couldn’t decide which sauce to take for my starter. He offered he can make with two sauces so that I can taste both. Also the amount of truffles on our pasta was really generous. Atmosphere outside is superb with lovely music in background. What made it special was service. The waiter let us taste wine as well when we couldn’t decide. Very attentive, great food, we had a fantastic time!! Thank you so much
What a wonderful spot for lunch or dinner! The pumpkin soup was absolutely amazing. The service with Mauro (i believe that was his name) was excellent. The barolo risotto was excellent. We loved it!
